1. Win : Ahad- Sabtu (14.4.2024 – 20.4.2024) Work & tesis

· Alhamdulillah - dapat naik kan draf sebanyak 3 kali minggu ni ; draft 26

· Alhamdulillah, dapat complete chapter 4 , run model analysis sepenuhnya

· Alhamdulillah, dapat join kelas RIC2

· Alhamdulillah, dapat purchase buku 9 formula meroket

 

 

2. Good news : Ahad – Sabtu (14.4.2024 – 20.4.2024) – personal melibatkan family

· Alhamdulillah, dapat bimbing anak mengaji setiap malam; target untuk khatam tahun ni

· Ahamdulillah, dapat uruskan jadual waktu TM168

· Alhamdulillah, dapat restock bahan preparation meal untuk family

· Alhamdulillah, dapat say i pada 4.00+ setiap pagi

 

3. TTF (Things to Focus) :

* Focus Block

1. Construct table LR for training

2. focus untuk cert exam - Azura data fundamental - Apr 26

3. Slot in thesis 1 jam daily

 

* Social Block

1. Reply mesej / whatsapp yang penting sahaja

2. Limit social media/netflix (1 hour only)

 

* Recovery Block

1. Baca Al-Quran, dhuha, hisnul muslim, zikir

2. Morning/evening walk

3. Spent time with family

 

4. Roadblock : Sepanjang minggu lepas dan tulis solusi

1. Result analysis - relationship moderating effect tak significant, cabaran untuk confim the research gap. Supervisor surh run as mediating dan cari literature review to supoort the result

2. Biawak membesar sejak unpaid, kena tambah disiplin

3. Masih belum contact experts - yg mana dah contact tak reply lagi

 

* Solution :

1. Tambah keyakinan diri; buat affirmation setiap hari

2. Teruskan progress update thesis

3. Buat takeaway yang diberi

4. Kekalkan momentum

 2024 - Vision Board

To accelerate my phd studies, i joined this program called Dr. Rcoket. It's actually community network to support postgrad students to complete their studies,. The founder was from Ipoh Yope @Dr Khairul Nizam (alumni of Izzudin Shah school), orang Manjoi. Hebat orang Manjoi, ramai followers dia. The 1st 3 months mmg tak dapat nak follow sbb busy dengan kerja yg highly demanding. - org kerja siang malam memang takkan sempat nak siapkan homework dlm group ni. So I decided to take unpaid leave, and focus betul2 tips and guidance given by this program. Tiap2 hari mesti hantar WINS/MUST WINS which sometimes I value benda2 mcm ni. Kadang2 kita kena report back our accomplishment to push us to complete the work. So sebabkan trust the process, so I decided to take unpaid leave to get my inner peace to concentrate on completing my remaining chapters for my phd.

Here is the vision Board , that was one of the key takeways in RIC2.

I posses my resort-like villa house to enjoy the facilities and clubhouse is just by the walking distance.

The indoor garden house is just good enough for our golden years. It's decent house (not too big to handle when we're old). I managed to hire ID to design the house for zen concept; japanese inspired design which minimalist , easy to maintain and clean. I am sitting next to glass door which i could see my small garden and the small fountain.

I live with my husband, making sure all of us in good health to hold the years together before we move apart for thereafter. 

My kids are doing well, successful with their life and family, posses good akhlak and their chosen career, always be there for us.  

Things that I never regret in my life

- Pursue my learning to the highest point to PhD. I possess the phd, completed the viva in 2024 and graduated I hope by end 2024.

- I had become key speaker note, and expert in big data adoption for Malaysia and collaborated with government agency and education institute to develop Big Data Strategy for Malaysia.

- I hope I can be the CEO of company that hold the fundamental Big Data Strategy to Malaysia

- I wanted to make sure I give back the knowledge and leverage my skills back to the nation, and inspire the youngster to continue learning and always upskilling.
