Al Fatihah to my dear friend..Hazmawati Abdul Hamid. Knew her since MRSM Perlis, and then we went to MCC took the same course. Lost contact after final year in Kuantan. Ampunkanlah dosanya, tempatkan dia kalangan orang yang dirahmati Allah. Sudah tentu maut itu pasti... Adakah kita bersedia?

Cuti Cuti - Oct 2018

Kali ni staycation in Kl and Kuantan. Since Nafiz cuti sampai Isnin sebab hari Hol di Johor, maknya mula cari tempat berjalan. As usual , Kuantan is the selected place; one of our favourites after Melaka. Melaka pun sebab dekat dengan rumah.

My Phd Journey

"Kenapa you nak buat phd, you nak tukar kerjaya jadi lecturer ke ?"
Org phd cuma ada kerjaya jadi lecturer ke?

"I tak tahu macam mana you boleh buat"
I sendiri pun tak tahu..tapi dah terlanjur

Itulah soalan yang selalu terima daripada budak office. Hakikatnya, nikmat belajar masa bekerja lagi bermakna daripada belajar tapi takde practical experience.

I can see my own eyes, the organizational behaviors..the approach on quality management, challenges on knowledge management etc. Cuma dengan belajar ni boleh relate to theories.

Kalau medical doctor, you need to score in your academic. Tapi phd ni you need to be consistent and committed. Lepas tu barula you build your scoring from your published journals etc.
